自制煎蕊 ❤ Homemade Cendol



材料 Ingredient:

绿豆粉 40g Green hoen kwe flour

玉米粉 40g  Corn flour

澄面粉 28g Wheat starch

木薯粉12g Tapioca flour

细砂糖 1tbsp Caster sugar

盐 1/4tsp Salt

班兰精华 50ml Pandan extract

清水 635ml Water

~如果没有班兰精华,可以用班兰汁685g 来代替 食谱中的班兰精华和清水 。

 Can use 685ml pandan juice to replace pandan extract and water
