Caster sugar 35 g 細砂糖 35克
Agar powder 1 tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果凍粉 1／4茶匙
●3rd Layer 第三層
Orange juice 500毫升 橙汁 500毫升
Caster sugar 30g 細砂糖 30克
Agar powder 1+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 1＋1／2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/3tsp 果凍粉 1／3茶匙
●Last Layer 最後一層
Coconut milk 100ml 椰漿 100毫升
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Caster sugar 60g 細砂糖 60克
Agar powder 1+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 1＋1／2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/3tsp 果凍粉 1／3茶匙
＊1 tsp= 2.64g
1茶匙=2.64克
