❤Ingredient 材料:
●1st Layer (pink) 第一层（粉色）
Roselle 10pcs 洛神花 10朵
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Roselle juice 500ml 洛神花水 500毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Caster sugar 75g 细砂糖 75克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

●2nd Layer (white) 第二层 （白色）
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
Caster sugar 35g 细砂糖 35克
Agar power 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

●3rd Layer (transparent with fruit) 第三层（透明水果层）
Fruits 水果
Water 900ml 清水 900毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉3/4茶匙

●4th Layer (white ) 第四层 （白色）
Ingredient same as 2nd Layer 材料和第二层一样

●5th Layer (pink) 第五层 （粉色）
Ingredient same as 1st Layer 材料和第一层一样

*1tsp =2.64g
* 1茶匙 = 2.64克
