●Jelly Egg Yolk 果冻蛋黄:
Pumpkin 450g 南瓜 450克
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Pumpkin juice 300ml 南瓜汁 300毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

●Black Sesame Filling 黑芝麻内陷 :
Black sesame 20g 黑芝麻 20克
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙

●Dragon Fruit Skin 火龙果皮料:
Dragon fruit 100g 火龙果肉 100克
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Coconut milk 300ml 椰浆 300毫升
Dragon fruit juice 600ml 火龙果汁 600毫升
Caster sugar 110g 细砂糖 110克
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉 3/4茶匙
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
