🍒Ingredient🍒 :
●1st Layer (Red)
Roselle juice 400ml
Caster sugar 50g
Agar powder 1+1/3tsp
Jelly powder 1/4tsp
** Roselle juice can be replace by Rose Syrup
**Recipe using Rose Syrup :
Rose Syrup 80ml
Water 320ml
Caster sugar 20g
Agar powder 1+1/3tsp
Jelly powder 1/4tsp

●2nd,4th,6th Layer（ White )
Coconut milk 400ml
Water 800ml
Caster sugar 140g
Agar powder 4tsp
Jelly powder 1tsp

●3rd Layer （ Green )
Pandan Leaf 3pcs
Water 400ml
➡️Pandan juice 800ml (use 400ml each layer)
Pandan juice 400ml
Caster sugar 50g
Agar powder 1+1/3tsp
Jelly powder 1/4tsp

●5th Layer ( Red )
Same as 1st Layer

●7th Layer ( Green )
Same as 3rd Layer
* 1tsp =2.64g
