Ingredient 材料 :
Shiitake mushroom 4pcs 香菇 4朵
Meat 300g 上肉 300克
Caster sugar 1tsp 细砂糖 1茶匙
Salt 1tsp 盐 1茶匙
Pepper powder 1/4tsp 胡椒粉 1/4茶匙
Light soy sauce 1tbsp 生抽 1汤匙
Dark soy sauce 1tsp 黑酱油 1茶匙
Straw rope 草绳
Glutinous rice 1kg 糯米 1公斤
Bamboo leaf 粽叶
Garlic 3 cloves 蒜头 3瓣
Cooking oil 1tbsp 食油 1汤匙
Water 1tbsp 清水 1汤匙
Salt 2tsp 盐 2茶匙
Light soy sauce 1tbsp 生抽 1汤匙
Dark soy sauce 2tsp 黑酱油 2茶匙
