红豆冰燕菜月饼食谱 Ice Kacang Mooncake Jelly Recipe
Ingredient(14pcs) 材料（14粒份） :
~Filling 内馅
❤1st Layer 第一层
Palm sugar 80g 椰糖 80克
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

❤2nd Layer 第二层
Add 1tbsp coconut cream + 1tbsp water into remaining liquid of 1st layer
在第一层剩余的液体加入 1汤匙 浓椰浆+1汤匙 清水

❤3rd Layer 第三层
Cendol 110g (mashed) 煎蕊 110克 （压碎）
Coconut cream 50ml 浓椰浆 50毫升
Water 450ml 清水 450毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

❤4th Layer 第四层
Add 加入:
Canned Red bean 80g (mashed) 罐头红豆 80克（压碎）
Dragon fruit juice 3tsp 火龙果汁 3茶匙
into remaining liquid of 3rd layer 在第三层剩余的液体

~Skin 皮料
Canned whole kernel corn 120g 罐头玉米粒 120克
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
add water until 1000ml 加清水至 1000毫升
Coconut cream 100ml 浓椰浆 100毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 4tsp 燕菜粉 4茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
