Ingredient 材料 :
Pumpkin 1/4 ( about 620g) 南瓜1/4 约620克
Salt 1/4tsp 盐 1/4茶匙
Caster sugar 60g 细砂糖 60克
Dried sour plum 3pcs 酸梅 3粒
Red bird eye's chilli 1pc 红指天椒 1条
Lemon juice (1pc of lemon) 柠檬汁 （一粒柠檬）
