Galaxy Jelly Cake Recipe
Ingredient :
Dry Butterfly blue pea flower 10pcs
Water 150ml
~Dark butterfly blue pea water around 65ml
Water 1250ml
(Water is best reduced to 1000ml
Caster sugar 100g
(if water reduced to 1000ml, caster sugar is 70g ）
White bean jelly powder 50g
Dry osmanthus 1/2tsp
Lemon Juice few drops
Molasses
Japan soybean powder
1st Layer ~ Transparent with osmanthus
2nd Layer~ Blue
3rd Layer~ Purple
4th Layer~ Light Purple
**The jelly made from white bean jelly powder is more watery, unmold when you eat it .

材料:
蝶豆花干 10朵
清水 150毫升
~深色蝶豆花水大约65毫升
清水 1250毫升
(清水减少成1000毫升最佳）
细砂糖 100克
(若清水是1000毫升，细砂糖为 70克）
白凉粉 50克
桂花干 1/2茶匙
柠檬汁适量
黑糖蜜 适量
日本豆粉 适量
第一层~透明层+桂花
第二层~蓝色
第三层~紫色
第四层~浅紫色
**白凉粉做出来的果冻比较容易出水，要吃时才脱模哦
