Ingredient 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一层
Coconut cream 100ml 浓椰浆 100毫升
Water 550m 清水 550毫升
Caster sugar 75g 细砂糖 75克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二层
Water 1500ml 清水 1500毫升
Agar powder 5tsp 燕菜粉 5茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
Dried Osmanthus 1tbsp 干桂花 1汤匙
Pandan leaf 3pcs 班兰叶 3片
Brown sugar in pieces 200g 冰片糖 200克

●3rd Layer 第三层
~same as 1st layer 与第一层相同
