❤Ingredient 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一层:
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 35g 细砂糖 35克
Milo powder 30g 美禄粉 30克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
Oreo crumb 1tbsp 奥利奥饼碎 1汤匙
●3rd Layer 第三层 :
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Milo powder 60g 美禄粉 60克
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
●4th Layer 第四层 :
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Coconut milk 200ml 椰浆 200毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
Oreo crumb 2tbsp 奥利奥饼碎 2汤匙
~ 1tsp Agar/Jelly powder =2.64g
1茶匙 燕菜粉/果冻粉 =2.64克
