❤Ingredient 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一层:
Pandan leaf 8pcs 班兰叶 8片
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Pandan juice 500ml 班兰汁 500毫升
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Caster sugar 150g 细砂糖 150克
Agar powder 4tsp 燕菜粉 4茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Red Bean 180g 红豆 180克
Water 1000ml 清水 1000毫升
Cooked red bean 200g 煮软的红豆 200克
Red bean soup 120ml 红豆汤 120毫升
Red bean paste 300ml 红豆泥 300毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Caster sugar 150g 细砂糖 150克
Agar powder 3+1/3tsp 燕菜粉 3+1/3茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
●3rd Layer 第三层 :
Coconut milk 400ml 椰浆 400毫升
Water 800ml 清水 800毫升
Caster sugar 160g 细砂糖 160克
Agar powder 4tsp 燕菜粉 4茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙
* 1tsp Agar/Jelly powder =2.64g
1茶匙燕菜/果冻粉=2.64克
