Dark chocolate 240g 黑巧克力
( divided to 180g and 60g ) (分成180克和60克)
Unsalted Butter 60g 无盐黄油
Molasses sugar 30g 红糖
Whole egg 2pcs 全蛋2颗
Multipurpose flour 150g 中筋面粉
Chocolate powder 6g 巧克力粉
Baking powder 1/2tsp 泡打粉
