Ingredient for 8pcs 材料（可做8粒）:
❤Jelly Egg Yolk 燕菜蛋黄
Carrot 100g 红萝卜 100克
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
➡️Carrot juice 300ml 红萝卜汁 300毫升
Coconut milk 30ml 椰浆 30毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant Jelly Powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙

❤Filling 内馅
Dried Cranberries 蔓越莓干
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克

Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant Jelly powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙

❤Skin 皮料
Dried butterfly blue pea flower 10pcs 蝶豆花干品 10朵
Hot water 380ml 热水 380毫升
Add water until 900ml 加水至 900毫升
Caster sugar 100g 细砂糖 100克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Instant jelly powder 3tsp 既溶果冻粉 3茶匙
Lemon juice few drops 柠檬汁几滴
