❤Ingredient 材料 ❤ :
●Jelly Egg Yolk 燕菜果冻蛋黄:
Pumpkin 450g 南瓜 450克
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Pumpkin juice 300ml 南瓜汁 300毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
●Cheese Filling 芝士内陷 :
Dried Cranberry 10g 蔓越莓干 10克
Cream Cheese 70g 奶油奶酪 70克
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 45g 细砂糖 45克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
●Grapes Layer 葡萄外层 :
Seedless Purple Grapes 250g 无籽紫葡萄 250克
Baking soda 1tsp 苏打粉 1茶匙
Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
Grapes juice 900ml 葡萄汁 900毫升
Caster sugar 110g 细砂糖 110克
Agar powder 3tsp 燕菜粉 3茶匙
Jelly powder 3/4tsp 果冻粉 3/4茶匙
