Red chilies 1pc 红辣椒 1条
Lemon grass 3pcs 香茅 3条
Candlenuts 3pcs 石古仔 3粒
Belacan shrimp paste 1pc 峇拉煎 1块
Turmeric powder 1tsp 黄姜粉 1茶匙
Cooking oil 50ml 食油 50毫升
Water 50ml 清水 50毫升

Caster sugar 50g 细砂糖 50克
Salt 1tbsp 盐 1汤匙
Vinegar 100ml 食用醋 100毫升
Long beans 108g 长豆 108克
Carrot 123g 红萝卜123克
