●Transparent Part 透明部分 :
Coconut Juice 600ml 椰子水 600毫升
Caster Sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Agar Powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly Powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2 茶匙

1tsp=2.64g
Mold size : Diameter 21cm Height 7cm

●Decoration 装饰:

Mint Leaf 薄荷叶
