Whipping cream 120ml 动物性鲜奶油 120毫升
Water 480ml 清水 480毫升
Caster sugar 80g 细砂糖 80克
Cocoa powder 20g 可可粉 20克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙
Cendol as needed 煎蕊 适量

●Bird's Egg 鸟蛋 :
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Caster sugar 35g 细砂糖 35克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
* 1tsp =2.64g
1茶匙=2.64克
