❤Ingredient 材料 :
●Black Layer 黑色层 :
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖 40克
Charcoal powder 1tsp 竹碳粉 1茶匙
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉 1/2茶匙

●Cocoa Layer 可可层 :
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Cocoa powder 10g 可可粉 10克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙

●Yellow Layer 黄色层 :
Corn paste 118g 玉米泥 118克
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 150ml 清水 150毫升
Caster sugar 50g 细砂糖 50克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉 1/4茶匙
