Ingredient 材料 :
Meat 500g 肉 500克
Water 2500ml 清水 2500毫升
Carrot 140g 红萝卜 140克
Celery 50g 芹菜 50克
Apple 140g 苹果 140克
Yellow onion 140g 黄葱 140克
(Can make 1100ml stock . 可制作1100毫升高汤)
(Freeze storage 1 month, Chill storage 1 week 冷冻保存1个月,冷藏保存1星期)
