Ingredient 材料 :
●1st Layer 第一层
Watermelon Flesh 700g 西瓜肉700克
➡️Water melon juice 600ml 西瓜汁600毫升
Caster sugar 40g 细砂糖40克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉1/2茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二层 :
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆100毫升
Water 200ml 清水 200毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖30克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉1/4茶匙

●3rd Layer第三层 :
Pandan leaf 4pcs 班兰叶 4片
Water 300ml 清水 300毫升
➡️Pandan juice 250ml 班兰汁 250毫升
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖30g
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Jelly powder 1/4tsp 果冻粉1/4茶匙

Decoration 装饰 :
Longan in syrup 罐头龙眼
