●1st Layer 第一层
Pandan leaf 10pcs 斑兰叶 10片
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Pandan juice 600ml 斑兰汁 600毫升
Egg 2 鸡蛋 2个
Coconut cream 200ml 浓椰浆 200毫升
Water 100ml 清水 100毫升
Caster sugar 130g 细砂糖 130克
Agar powder 3+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 3+1/2茶匙
Jelly powder 1tsp 果冻粉 1茶匙

●2nd Layer 第二层
Water 600ml 清水 600毫升
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Jelly powder 1/2tsp 果冻粉1/2茶匙
Palm sugar 90g 椰糖 90克
* 1tsp(teaspoon)=2.64g
1茶匙=2.64克
