红豆沙燕菜月饼食谱 Red Bean Mooncake Jelly Recipe
❤Ingredient( for 6pcs) 材料（6粒份）:
●Jelly Egg Yolk 燕菜蛋黄
Pumpkin 80g 南瓜 80克
Coconut milk 50ml 椰浆 50毫升
Water 250ml 清水 250毫升
Caster sugar 45g 细砂糖 45克
Agar powder 1tsp 燕菜粉 1茶匙
Instant jelly powder 1tsp 即溶果冻粉 1茶匙
●Red Bean Fillings 红豆沙内馅
Coconut milk 60ml 椰浆 60毫升
Water 400ml 清水 400毫升
Pandan leaf as needed 班兰叶适量
Caster sugar 30g 细砂糖 30克
Agar powder 1+1/2tsp 燕菜粉 1+1/2茶匙
Instant jelly powder 1+1/2tsp 即溶果冻粉 1+1/2茶匙
Red bean paste 110g 红豆沙馅 110克
●Skin 皮料
Coconut milk 100ml 椰浆 100毫升
Water 500ml 清水 500毫升
Pandan leaf as needed 班兰叶适量
Caster sugar 70g 细砂糖 70克
Agar powder 2tsp 燕菜粉 2茶匙
Instant jelly powder 2tsp 即溶果冻粉 2茶匙
